Feeling sad from time to time is a part of life; however, when it becomes overwhelming, depression counseling can help. Sometimes issues with our past can also interfere with how we feel about the present. Life circumstances, especially those involving loss, conflict, and major transitions, can sometimes trigger a depressive situation.

In depression counseling, we create a safe place to work through struggles and hard emotions that you are experiencing in your life. We will work together to overcome the feelings of depression and identify and establish positive coping skills that can help you regain control of your life and get back to feeling yourself again. Depression counseling can help you gain hopefulness and positivity that will help you feel happier with yourself, your relationships, and your school or career path. If you are tired of depression taking over your life, it may be time to seek help. Depression can be a hard beast to conquer, but with the support of depression counseling, I will be there to support and walk you through every step of your journey to better mental health.
