The aim of Anger management counseling is to help you recognize the problematic situations and people that cause you to become stressed or angry. I am certified in Anger Management and Conflict resolution therapy for all ages. I listen and together we will set goals to work toward a more logical way of thinking about these conflict situations. During anger management therapy together we will identify the triggers that conjure up the feelings of confusion and aggression. The therapy sessions will give you the logical tools and exercises to relax and try to stay calm during those stressful situations. Together, we will discover ways to identify when these emotions become overwhelming and focus on positive ways to conquer the negative thoughts and behaviors. It will help you learn problem-solving techniques that can reduce the frustrations in varying degrees that could lead to frustrations and anger. Anger management therapy often gives the person a positive way of solving problems and focusing on the positive ways to be assertive.
